These are cheaper than the rest because they are much smaller and are on the ground floor. They also do not have a full fridge and freezer, but a bar fridge.
That said, they are still very comfortable and have the same full facilities as other apartments (Kitchen, sky sports and movie channels, flat screen TV, fast dedicated broadband internet connection). And whilst they do not have a balcony, they do have their own private outside patio with a three piece table setting and sun lounger, which overlooks our new tropical rainforest garden.
As with all apartments at By the Sea Port Douglas, they have been completely refurbished, with new kitchens, new queen bed, new modern bedding and furnishings.
