By The Sea Port Douglas- BEACHSIDE BALCONY 1

These are self catering studio apartments on the first floor and have the same modern furnishings and facilities as the Sea View studio apartments and often have lovely sea breezes floating through them. They also have an outside balcony setting which is pleasant and private overlooking tropical palms and foliage. They simply do not have a view of the sea or beach.

All of these studios have a brand new full kitchen, new beds and modern bedding, a new sofa and lounge chairs, large HD LCD TV, and their own dedicated internet line (ADSL2, wired and wireless) ensuring the fastest internet connection possible in the tropics.

There are two types available those with a King Bed and those with twin king single beds. You can select your preference when booking. A quality king single sofa bed (with inner spring mattress) can be made available for a third person . If you would like the utilise the sofa bed option, please ensure you notify us at the time of booking.

Internet	Each room has its own dedicated internet connection to ensure the fastest speed possible .Broadband ADSL2 . Use by directly connecting to your room modem (we provide the cable) or by using the dedicated wireless connection specifically for your room complimentary laptops (with skype) & complimentary IPOD docks are also available on request
For The Beach	Complimentary Beach towels changed as often as required, free beach chairs, floaters & games, ice buckets (chilly bins/eskis/ice coolers). You simply help yourself Free ice dispensing machine with ulimited ice to keep you (and your food and drinks cool). Our resort pool is also heated
For the barbecue	Free barbecue packs containing everything you need to have a barbecue (except the food). Resort barbecue available free of charge or there are barbecues just one minute away on the beach!
Cleaning	Bath and kitchen towels changed free of charge daily or as you require Daily rubbish removal (just simply leave your refuse outside your door in the morning and it will be disposed of) mid clean every fifth day if you are staying more than seven nights, or daily full service is $45 or daily bed change $20 per day
